Paymeanz Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Paymeanz Pvt Ltd. This refund policy explains how we handle refunds for our billing software and related services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this refund policy.

  • 1. Subscription Refunds

    • We offer a subscription-based service, and the fees for the Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., annually). If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a refund within 15 days of your initial subscription or renewal date.
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@paymeanz.com with your refund request. We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.
    • Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
      • Refunds are available for the unused portion of your subscription period. If you have used the Services for a portion of the subscription period, we will calculate the refund based on the remaining unused days.
      • Refunds are not available for any fees paid for previous subscription periods.
      • If you received a promotional discount or offer when subscribing to the Services, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for the discounted price.
      • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the refund request is fraudulent or violates our terms of service.
      • Standard deduction of INR 100.00 will be applicable.
      • There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit beyond 15 days.
      • A User can only avail refund once. Renewal of subscription after the expiration of its term shall not entitle a User to avail refund.
  • 2. Steps to Apply for a successful refund

    • Write an email to support@paymeanz.com with your registered email. Please mention your reason for refund clearly in the email.
    • Mention your registered mobile number in the email.
    • Please wait for at least 48 hrs for us to respond to your email. If you do not receive any response beyond 48 hrs you can write a follow up email on the same thread.
    • Once the refund is processed by us, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your original mode of payment or your bank account. We advise you to be patient during the process.
  • 3. Processing of Refunds

    • Once we receive your refund request and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 15 days.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may request additional information to process the refund.
    • Paymeanz has arrangements with banks, affiliates, payment gateways, payment aggregators and other financial service providers for processing refunds (“Service Providers''). Paymeanz endeavors to ensure that eligible refunds are processed within 15 working days of your request for cancellation of subscription. However, this timeline is indicative and processing of refunds is subject to the time taken by the Service Providers.
